Plowed Field's......Lot's of Pic's.....Sorry!

You're going to have to bear with me,I probably have more pic's than find's.Rolled in this morning and started at it.They Plowed the Field!!!!Tis the season.....Hooked up with Ty and pretty much had a Good day. I'm gonna just post the pic's.....the three item's I want to point out are the "kepi buckle".the "stud " with the cloth and the .58 that at one time was a Pulled Victim.....the "pontil" bottom was an added bonus....Any idea',just look's old.Thank's my friend's.....like I said lot's of pic's!!

It's the bottom of a bottle.....sitting on top of the ground.

Looks like one of the bullets was either pulled out of the barrel with a bullet puller (cork screw looking thing) or he tried and was unsuccessful. Either way it's very cool!

The Kepi had my name all over it, but I felt sooooo bad
about getting ANOTHER washington arsenal, I just had

Great finds! I'd have a hard time sleeping with those fields plowed like that.

Question: In your first post, the 5th picture.....what is that? I have one too. I always thought it was something interesting, so I kept it. Mine is concave on the side not shown in your pic. Is yours?

I'm not a big bullet guy myself. But if I were I'd be doing the Happy Dance if I was making digs like that! It's pretty cool that you found enough buck&ball to put together a complete load in the pic.

Not just pulled, but WORMED! Nice work!! I've found a lot of pulled ones because I hunt picket posts (had to pull and reload frequently to make sure the powder didn't get damp). Only one wormed one though. Hey, I love the kepi buckle and the buck and ball. Takes a while sometimes to find those little buckshot. Third one's usually the worst LOL. And ya just KNOW it's there...somewhere! Nice digs.
