Cool find. Not very old. Probably 1980's. If it was rusted shut it would be from the guts of it rusting because the blade is stainless steel. Even though poor quality stainless can rust I believe.

I found one just like it...had a very nice design on it like yours does...had KAR PRODUCTS on it from the states.
