This was found at a salt marsh beach in Cape May, NJ by a Facebook friend who is asking for assistance in the identification. TIA!

One of the Late (Terminal) Archaic Broadpoints -- Susquehanna, Perkiomen, Coens Cispin, &c.
 
Probably used to shoot into a flock of ducks. Hit several birds and finish them of with a club.
 
I think uniface is in the target range with his ID.
I’d like to see some close-ups of that base.
 
Someone suggested it looks like a gift shop souvenir - Thoughts?
 
Flaking looks good , I’m guessing the tips broken ?? Not very good pics
 
It does look like a "broadspear" type. Those were often used as knives and re-sharpened from the tip down, so they end up much shorter, but about as wide as original, giving that stumpy look. Is the material black, or stained? The points found in salt marshes down here in Virginia get that black color to them regardless of what the material starts out looking like. I would be shocked if it's modern.
