Sorry, but I don't see anything which suggests your specimen is a carbonaceous chondrite (or any other kind of meteorite).
 

The images posted have no visible characteristics of meteorites.

Looks like sandstone with desert varnish
 

But the specific gravity of sandstone is between 2.66 and 2.72 not a whopping 3.6 which is ironically the density of....you guessed it. A Carbonaceous Chondrite.
 

You could always present the rock to a qualified lab for authentication.
