political flask

we found this inside a wall while remodeling abuilding in k. c. river market area. it has mckinley and roosevelt on it. does anyone know its value or how scarce it is? thanks for looking.

thats great. thanks for the info. heres another old building find. it was in the box and is full of little black pills. it never hurts to look inside walls of old buildings.
