Pontiac token and pin ID?

My brother gave me these two pieces and I was hoping someone here could tell me what they are. The small one appears to have been glued to another piece.

Thanks for the replies. Now, I have to figure out what the smaller one was a part of. I am leaning towards a lapel pin, tie tack or something similar. But, I haven't found anything like it on the WWW, yet.
