Pool Coping or something else?

I found this in the bed of my creek when it dried up for the winter here in Florida. Many believe it to be pool coping, but nobody out here has a pool and it would have been under water for a while.
Regardless, I was excited to find "something". lol.

Ignore the green circle. That is just my septic tank lid.

It's like concrete or carved stone.

Any thoughts? I own a piece of a HUGE ranch from the 1800's. It was later split and sold.
