Poreclin vase with a barely discernable marking

I think it reads b-404 but its super hard to make out and i dont think my camera will pick it up but any help identifying would be appreciated.

Sugar bowl. The cut out in the lid is for the spoon. no idea other than that. Best to put ruler or something for size reference in photos. Can't make out any marks in photos, looks European.
