I have this habit of collecting quartz stone while hunting, I don't know why but quartz stone just seems to attract me and I love collecting them no matter the size, shape or colo ( have found some that is actually see-through). Well this is a piece I picked up and maybe not knowingly, but may have picked up a broken quartz point. I washed it off and was looking at the edges then looked at it like a point and maybe I'm getting too excited over it, but it really looks like a broken point. Not sure how common quartz points are here in central New York, but would like nothing more to find one broken or not and would like some input on this. Thanks!

Man oh man a broke quartz point is hard to read with out the base. It;s a possible one. Hard to see work even on a good quartz point sometimes....
