Possible button backmark overstamp? .. & other finds

This was pretty much just a flat button until i got it home and started examining it a bit closer. in raised lettering it says " Benedict & Coe, but if you look at the outer rim you can make out the name "Burnham" making it aprx 1834, A few other nice finds, A led plate from something, a 2002 Canadian one dollar, 3 rosettes, a 1945 quarter with a 54 wheat, a 1933 dog tag, and an Egyptian whatzit, ... any ideas on this buttons value would be cool, as this is the first ive ever heard of button errors, thank and enjoy,
