I'm in south carolina, down near the ocean where an old fort and town used to be then as I look down I see two prongs sticking up and then I did a little secret pushing some dirt away so no one would see and this came out of the ground. Is it old? and what is it?

close there are several levels to the boyscouts... this one comes from the tiger cub scouts
