I found this in Hays, Kansas....
I have aleeady held converse with one of the most highly respected proponents of Coronado's expedition. An archaeologist from Arizona.

She is convinced it is a highly important find as well.

What are we looking at in the pic that says breast plate, armor and such... just can't see it. I think
the definitive answer lies in identifying the application of the punched out piece on the top edge.
It reminds me of a piece of an inner fender liner of an older auto... or farm equipment. In any event
great job man!
