Possible Cracker Jack toy or tootsie toy boat?

Hey guys. Went hunting at my grandma's beach house this weekend. House was built late 80's early 90's. Now I know that you can never find anything old in that house, but the land is much older than the house and it is next to a beach, so you never know. I hunted in my grandma's front yard towards the water and found a strange metal object. Been talking to Jim who thinks it might be an cracker jack toy. Its possible since my grandma's beach and yard gets flooded a lot during the winter. Who knows what could have popped up onto shore and sank in the grass. Well, it could also be a random piece of lead. Looks like a boat though. Bottom looks like it used to be round once, but has gotten run over by the lawn mower to many times. It was about 2-3 inches deep at the most. Need help identifying!
