Possible ground stone tools?

My Dad and I found these stones in a creek where we have found many Early to Late Archaic flint points. The gray one might be a celt? Any information on these is appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Sorry, but I see no evidence of either of those pieces being altered or utilized by man. Just natural stones.
 

Sorry, have to agree with Grim, no signs of being made or used by man that I can see in pictures.

Oh well. Thanks for the input! In the future, what can I look at to identify a ground tool? Symmetry? What type of stone? Type of surface?
 

Here's a couple pictures for you to study. The case shows most of my Axes and Celts and the other picture is my best personally found Axe.
