Possible Identification? Interesting rock.

I was thinking it looked alot like Holmquistite, but wouldn't make sense being found in my area, thanks.

looks like some form of radiating crystals on whatever that black stuff is.

I'm thinking it's tremolite on maybe flint/chert? Tough to tell with these pictures. Any idea what the hardness is of the host rock (the black part)?

Also if you could take pics a little closer and in better lighting (natural light outdoors) that might help.

the black part is jet black and rock hard, nothing comes off after scraping on white paper, the pattern feels bit too hard also to be aspestos i was thinking maybe it was radiating pyrite

Not pyrite or asbestos from what I can see. As st denis suggests better pictures in natural light may help. As to hardness see if quartz will scratch it, paper really doesn't tell us anything but if you try a scratch test on a piece of white tile that may help.
