White one maybe, and that is only a maybe, the rest are just natural rocks
 

On the white one it looks like the big Debitage pile I saw today. Broken pieces every place and nothing much finished. The quartz is like glass when they tried to make something with it. Breaks very easy. Once in a while you get lucky and find a good piece.
 

I would have to disagree regarding the quartz piece. If found here, it would be the basal section of a quartz lance.
Specifically a Squibnocket, which are usually quartz, and often crude, and lance shaped. Here's one. I can see the shape and the cross section and the flaking on that quartz piece. It does look like a quartz base to my eyes.....

Of course not calling it a Squibnocket; don't know where it was found. But it sure looks like a base to me....

I'm with Carl-definitely a broke one on the quartz. S.C. area it would be a Guilford. Others do not look like artifacts
