Hey guys,

Dug this stamped copper item out of a freshly eroded section of a colonial pier. There is a floral motif around the front, 2 of which look like a tutor rose. Anyone have any idea on age/origin?

Looks like 1/2 a sash buckle. Do those circle spots on the back looks like something was attached??

Yes, 2 circular mount remnants are on the back, perhaps to attach to a cloth or leather. Any ideas on age
