Possibly a Vintage Chauffeurs Badge/License and Harmonica Reed???

I’ve been detecting in some really trashy areas lately and I’m getting some interesting relics with my Equinox 800. Can anybody help with the IDs? From what I can find online, the Chauffeur Badges in NM don’t go back to the early 1930’s. I’m thinking it’s a metal Taxi license which predates the badges. Oh, and also the potential harmonica reed. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks! GL&HH!
