My older brother gave me this years ago. He found it laying on the ground near an old mining area.
Pretty neat I think. It's too corroded to be able to use the adjuster. The base is about the diameter of a nickle.


Would have had a handle soldered to the side.

This was an accessory to a shotgun shell reloading device.
Dates to the late 1890's prior to the switch to smokeless powder.
