I have benn using my Garrett GTI 2500 for some time now and I notice that after some time of use,it turns itself off.This wasn't much of a problem at first but I adjusted the threshhold to eliminate the humming.When I had the threshhold previously adjusted,when it shut itself off I knew because it would beep twice and then silence.I want to be able to use it with constant silence until I hit a target.I recently was detecting and when I went to check to see if my target was out of the ground,I had no response because it had turned off.Is this a factory setting or can I disable it somehow?
