You know something that is funny is they are releasing water from Millerton dam down the San Joaquin river and it flows to the ocean and the argument is the reason they can't give the farmers more water is because they are re-establishing Salmon to the San Joaquin so they can swim back to their spawning grounds. Well to prove how stupid the E.P.A. is. The Salmon ladder at the dam in Mendota is blocked and doesn't work as it should, but they passed all the laws, deny water to grow crops and provide food and jobs so a fish can get to it's spawning ground yet they never opened up the passages for the fish. Our Government in all it's Glory.
