First let me ask you to give praise, someone who is a very good motorcyclist friend of mine had a wreck this morning going to work. A van pulled out in front of him crossing a 4 lane highway. From what another friend who is with the Florida Highway Patrol and investigated the accident didn't think he had any time to really react. He hit the van broadside they guess around 45 mph right behind the drivers door, hit the framing behind the door and then went through the side glass into the van. He is alive and one day if his wife lets him :tongue3: be able to ride again.

Now I ask you to pray for his recovery as he is very broken up and cut up. He has many days in hospital ahead with surgeries to repair some of his broken areas. He has nausea and they still need to run some more CTs and MRIs. Since he did have on a helmet he does have his baby face still

His name is Larry and I appreciate you all lifting him to our Father for healing and recovery

my prayers are with your friend and his family, may he be able to ride again soon

Still prayin and definitely praising that he lived through such an accident and still has his baby face!

yet another miracle from the good lord...amen

Larry is in our thoughts and prayers......................................................Limo Bob

I didn't see this until today. I hope you friend is healing well. He has my prayers.

I hope he gets better.

I live in South Florida and people drive like they are in 3rd world country. No turn signals, single drivers in the HOV lane, people driving in the passing lane, people crossing multiple lanes, eating food, putting on make up, talking on the phone, etc... I-95 down here is not a friendly road. Sorry for the rambling...

Again I hope your friend gets better.

Thank you all, he left the hospital today, still needs to go back a few times and have some surgeries but at least he is home resting

Thanks so much again

sweeeeet! So glad he got to go home! Will be praying for a speedy recovery from each and every trip back! Keep us informed!!

I have been so wrapped up in my own problems I developed a BAD case of tunnel vision so I offer my apologies for not seeing this sooner.
You have our prayers and best hopes and wishes.

Prayers being sent to your friend for a speedy recovery.

 RR

I stopped by today, talked with him and he can't wait to get a new bike and ride again. Maybe next year if he is lucky but by the look on his better half's face I think he will have a few speed bumps before that. I gave her 5 bucks in quarters so she could take him and let him return slowly to it when he was ready to get back on and ride. Man inflation stinks as it used to be only a dime for the motorcycle in front of the local wally world. :(

Count me in too for prayers from NJ

That's funny, Bridge about the quarters...not so funny about the accident. I'm glad to hear he's ok. :icon_sunny:

Many people close to me ride motorcycles, including all my immediate family. I do pray for their safety everyday.

Bobby just saw this sorry prayers are being sent!
