Nothing spectacular but this is the third one I have found and the only one that wasn't crushed. Also found a nice little Merc too in great condition.

Nice button. That silver welcome anytime. Congrats!

Nice going! That button is in real nice shape as is the merc. Hopefully more where they came from.

Great finds CG! Looks like a fun day to me

Thanks guys. Done with that property and onto the next. My husband's research pays off. So glad he has found what he loves to do doing his early retirement and we can MD together .

awesome finds, congrats on the button

Clean looking eagle and the merc is nice too! Good stuff CG!

WTG Coilygirl! Looks like you and that 'tector are making a great team.

Nice Eagle and dime. Is there a backmark on the button?

Nice Eagle and dime. Is there a backmark on the button?

Sadly no,smooth as a baby's butt but the shank is still intact so that's good.

Good finds there !

Nice! Eagle button and a Merc! Congrats
Your doing pretty good compared to some of what I'm finding!

Very nice finds CG! Silver and a cool old button... you ROCK!

What I love about your button most is your location. With so much CW activity who knows what it may have seen in it's day before it was dropped. The mercury dime is very nice. The button however sets my imagination into overdrive and I like that. Congrats.

Very cool button! Congrats!

Those are really good finds Nancy. I love the button and it's in great shape to have been in the ground for 150 years. Congrats.

Great Finds

I love your Button.
&
I love finding them esp, in the condition yours is in.

'Rant Time'

You know those "common" Eagle Buttons Really are hard to find 'these Day's' at least here in N Ga, &
while they might not be worth much $ , each one of the few that I have dug are Priceless.

As there are not many left to be found and after 150 + years the ones that are still in good shape are even rarer IMO.
Each ones a Banner to me , Nice Dime as well..
