Great example of quartz containing just about every heavy you might find in a placer deposit.
Rock as visible gold, pyrite, "future black sands", and lots of other heavies in it.
Have a bucket of these from North GA and will probably never crush them.
Just too pretty.

Good specimens are both excellent references for study and day dreaming I've more than a few species and even after I've memorized them I still love breaking them out for another look or to show others what one looks for and finds while prospecting.
