Price of Silver is Dropping!!

I didn't look for the last few days, then I checked this am. WOW!! Silver is trading below $29/oz

It is a good thing we buy low!
$.89/oz for War Nickels
$1.38/oz for 90% dimes/halves
$3.38/oz for 40% halves

Definately a reminder, don't pay fees to banks or coin counters!!

ya silver and copper are getting hammered, Europe is going into full blown recession.

China's manufacturing #'s are down for the 3rd month in a row.

Industrial metals are getting pillaged right now.

Going to be a good opportunity to buy if you have spare cash...but I don't think the bleeding is done yet.

Yeah, this Saturday I took advantage of the cheap silver prices and got 2 silver Britannias for $35 each (they routinely sell for $50 on eBay), one of which is the 2002 Britannia which has a mintage of 48,816 pieces and the other one was a 2000 Britannia which has a mintage of 81,301 pieces. I also picked up a 1900 Morgan dollar for $27 which I thought was a bit steep given that melt was only at $22 that day, but bought it anyways. Also picked up a brass gaming token that looks like a quarter eagle and a fairly worn 1857 flying eagle for $8.50 for the both of them.
