Bought this at an estate sale. Not sure what is is or used for but thought it looks unique. The contents inside the bottles look and like something you don't want to be sniffing haha. Any idea on what these are and if they are worth anything. They look older to me. Thanks!
In the 70s I remember working with thick film metal hybrids in RCA mobile radios. They were a ceramic thin plate that had a few ICs glued on and interfacing resistors were drawn on the substrate with 'paint" similar to what you found.
Well the printed circuit paints are paints that are able to conduct electricity. There is not much info on the company. I know there were around in the 1950s though.
They make that paint with silver compounds, silver being the most conductive metal. Probably worth more as paint though. Probably worth most as a curiosity imo.
They were also used to "touch up" boards that did not etch well or needed fixing because the circuit path was damaged. Back in the bad 'ol days when there were a dozen circuits on a board instead of 10,000.
