If a beach gets renourished they cant own it...they own it to the Erosion Control Line, that's the toe of the dune....if it doesn't get renorished they own the beach to the Mean High Tide Line...to show you the Mean High Tide Line they have to get it surveyed...Rick Scott passed a statewide law so he could own his beach...I have no respect for him.
