Problems entering tracking info and PP credit

Have been having issues entering or scanning tracking numbers. Have had to send pic of po receipt to buyers. Also can’t seem to get PayPal credit to go through just goes through a loop over and over. Pretty sure they know snd will hopefully get fixed fast
