If you're not going into the water, the GPX series detectors from Minelab will do all those things very well. Very expensive though. The Eureka will do it much cheaper but not quite as well. If you want discrimination (so you're not digging every piece of iron junk) it hard to find one machine that will do it all excellently. You may opt for two (or more) machine(s) to cover all the types of hunting you choose to do. The AT Pro is a good machine.....not the best......not the worst. I doubt you will find small nuggets with it but it's good in parks and dry sand. It's also ok in wet ocean sand.
