Hand Street appears to be Gone or Changed names/
The Hand street Bridge across the Allegheny was originally a Wooden covered Bridge ,
till c1880's When the Trollys Needed something Stronger .
may Be Coins Spilled occasionally at the Toll Booth

The Hand Street Bridge is Now the Rachel Carson Bridge between 9th on the south side and Anderson on the North side of the Allegheny River.

Not sure if it's at the Exact same spot, or even how much orignal Ground may Exist Yet
