Cliff Notes: I was lucky to be a bit early in the tech world and acquired a few decent .com domain names, back when doing so was a lot easier and cheaper than it is these days.

One of them is FloridaTreasureCoast.com

Given my personal interest in TH'ing, I've never really seriously considered the offers from the realtors, 'city guide developers' or insurance agents who regularly inquire to buy it, however given other irons I have in the fire right now, I can't see myself making a serious development effort on it for at least another year.

In the meantime, if lease holders have a facebook page I can forward it to and would like to be the 'face' of Floridas Treasure Coast for all the people who regularly type in that web address expecting to find something meaningful, send me a PM.

Just to be clear:

1) You're getting free use of a five figure domain name. I do not expect- nor will I accept- payment or compensation of any kind, that exceeds one beer.
2) I'm doing this because I want to and want Florida Treasure Hunting represented in a good light and happen to own the domain name.
3) We'll run it for one year, August 5th to August 5th.
4) I can change my mind at any time, for any reason. I seriously doubt I will, but to CMA, I'm putting this in here.
5) Your Facebook page must be regularly updated and somewhat active.

So, if you're a 1715 lessor and for the next year, want to absolutely floor people with a mega-credible and deeply definitive web identity, let me know. This is a legitimate 'something for nothing' proposition. I just hate seeing this particular name rotting away unusued.

Two of the most active and productive teams are led by Greg Bounds and Bonnie Schubert. We'll see if they are referred to this thread...

Capt. Eric has been posting some great finds, too.

Bravo!
I hope this turns out real well.

Good offer ... and thanks Darren for the mention :)

just a thought: 1715 Fleet - Queens Jewels LLC is the leaseholder for the 1715 sites that Greg, myself, Eric , and quite a few others work. Instead of linking to an individual sub-contractor about a re-direct to a page with a more diverse representation?
Another idea would be the 1715 Fleet Society headed by Ben Costello - go to website 1715 Fleet Society: trying to raise some following for the upcoming celebrations on the Treasure Coast to mark the 300th anniversary.

As with any of us, I would be more than happy to have more attention to my individual page or site and do try to put out a wider representation but the above two are something I would check into if I were you......
Nice domain name.

Capt. Bonnie Schubert - Gold Hawg Treasure

Bonnie, PM me a link to your facebook page.

You're perfect.

So, for the next year, you're the face of FloridaTreasureCoast.com (and FloridasTreasureCoast.com... and probably TreasureSalvage.com too ;) )
