I just added up all the quarters I found so far this year. The total is 402 with a face value of $100.50 as follows:

402 quarters total (with 3 silver quarters dated '34, '48 & '63 plus a few Bi-Centenial & lots of state quarters).

Next I'll tally up all the dimes I found.

Attached is a pic of them.

we dont have a place in my small town for that many quarters to be lost, they wont let me hunt in the bank vault :dontknow:

You did better then I did for the clad. I cleaned all of mine a month or so ago and had around $93.00 I just don't remember excally how much. But I have gotten 18 gold and 8 silver rings. That I have not sold yet......Matt

Hi Matt,

I found $100.75 in just quarters alone. I found over $40.00 in dimes. I didn't add up all my nickels, pennies, & other coins yet. Plus I found all kinds of other stuff like toys, keys, jewelry, buttons, etc. Plus I found a lot of copper & brass & got money for it at the junk yards & recycling centers.

But the year isn't over yet. I was going to go out to do some more swinging today but I just got a call to do a job. My next day off isn't until Wed but more bad weather prevails. We have storms here in NJ every 3 days. The ground conditions are the best I've ever seen in recent years. Nows the time to find some deep stuff. I've been digging clads as much as 8 inches deep.

HH
