Found on farmland here in Mid-Michigan.
One local guy (who's opinions I trust)
Says it could be 5000-7500 years old.
I just wish the point wasn't broke off.

BC, no disrespect to your local guy, but I am really not seeing a knife. Looks very natural to me.

I don’t see it either .... looks like a natural break to me, is it probably sharp enough to cut with yes but doesn’t look like a man made artifact

Looks like with better pics of first one it might better show some work.

I’d say what you think was a broken tip is the base of a stemmed knife.

the rest of them don’t look like much.

I don't see where it has been altered(worked)

no work on that rock, keep the passion high, keep looking and sharing

An image search of aboriginal stone tools will ease your mind. I just found this pic which looks a lot like something I previously posted.

Well crap.. This means that not only is my home full of meteorWRONGS but now also full of suspicious rocks!
LoL. Ahh matters not.
The hunt is what it is about.
Remind me to stop getting drunk with the local Kickapoo tribal people. :BangHead::occasion14:

Blade made (& used) as an expedient knife. Broken tip is consistent with hard use evident on the cutting edge.
