I just bought an SE and I got several high pitched signals that showed up as fer-31 con-31. I got several more close to that and had the same numbers on both sides. I was concentrating on low ferrous and high conductivity coin range signals just to get a feel for the machine so I didn't dig them up. What do you think a fer-31 con-31 signal might be? Any other advice will be greatly appreciated, even if you think it's elementary. Thanks for your time.

31:31 is almost always iron... but if it's bouncing from that corner to the upper right corner, then it could be a deep coin next to some iron. I would also mask off the 4 pixels that form a square in the upper right hand corner. Sometimes nails bounce into that conductive region, which is typically never associated with a coin.

Thanks for your help. Every tidbit I can get will help so much.
