Question on boxes

I now have 2 banks getting halves in for me. I am only able to pick up one box a day for 4 days ( limited funds).

I still am able to go through 4 boxes a week.

My question about the boxes is that both banks use Brinks. Is this a good thing? I know one gets theirs from a large city to the north about 95 miles away. The other gets theirs from a city 120 miles east.

I have another bank lined up if need be and they get their boxes direct from the treasury.

Any advice on the best way to up my chances on finds? I've only been doing this for a short while but have only found 4 40%ers out of 750.00 in halves.

It is the law of trial and success. If this arrangement seems like it is working for you keep with it. Otherwise, substitute another supply. In either event, once you can up the supply, do it - however you can manage it.

Thats probably ABOVE average. Its definitely above my average. I "expect" to find 1-2 40% per $1000 from boxes.

In my limited experience, I have found it comes down to luck and volume.

Ok. I was starting to get disappointed in not finding as much as some on here.

I will keep plugging away. Get my new boxes Wednesday. Can't wait.

CRH'ing is just like fishing, you have to fish around and find out yourself. No one is gonna tell you where they get the fish, or what kind of baits they use. Don't be disappointed with the find, that's the big no-no in this hobby. Lot's of people get discourage cos they don't find anything good, and they quit.
Your time will come. Remember, when it comes to busting boxes, volume is the key. The more you bust, the higher chance of getting silver you'll get.
One thing I do recommend new comers to do before jumping into busting boxes. Go hunt around , and ask for Customer Wrap Rolls. That's a good way to get started. Check out every single banks , around your area, heck, if you have a transportation, drive to other cities!!
I used to busted anywhere between 15-25 boxes a week, get to the point that the silver were drying and I was only averaging .5 silver per box, then I stop doing that and start hitting up all the banks in my area. I visit about 35 banks a day and believe me or not, I'm getting way better result doing this than open boxes.
