Question on cleaning

One of the various bottles I have laying around, I would like to clean this but I am concerned about possible damage to the labeling. Is there a safe/proper way to do so? The cloudy white residue is on the inside.

i use a baby bottle brush from wal mart
to clean the inside of mine !
