I am a new member and like most I have a question right off the bat. I am looking at areas in the U.S. to retire to that have Treasure hunting year around and in areas that the cost of living is pretty low, but first and foremost TH year around. I'd suggest the Philippines and forget the USA. There is no corner of this country where the cost of living is low.. Well, that is unless you count people living like mountain-men
