Questions about kenworthy

Hi all , recently I heard that kenworthy died some years ago, I never heard that before, was wondering how long ago this was and how did the good ole boy pass away?, anyone who knows please respond thanks tammahawk

I believe it was reported in "Treasure" magazine, which would make it over 10 years ago.
