Quick Little Score

At an estate sale recently i made a nice quick find. They had a shelf with some vases in the living room. Several were crystal. I picked one up and saw the Waterford seal in the base, checked the others but no luck. Perfect for the single rose. I only paid $2 for it, perfect condition. About 8 inches high. How do you think i did. I was tempted to offer a dollar but didnt want to push my luck. I showed up at this sale late and it had already been heavily picked...

Push your luck? If it was marked $2 and you offered $1, that is more or less the norm.

At any estate sale around here that item would have had a $30 + price tag on it. They are all run by dealers.
