A Quitclaim was done transferring a claim to us in June.

The previous owner had a Small Miner Certification filed for 2019.

Am I correct in that as long as the Maintenance Fee for 2020 was done before Sep 01, 2019 there are no other requirements in regards to the Small Miner Certification? Is that Cert no longer in effect?

Only talking BLM here.

Thanks.

Yes we pay a BLM Maintenance Fee on a good portion of our claims. We also have 10 under SMW.

None and I repeat none are for sale. They are simply too valuable to us.

So please Silver visit all you want but any prospecting of any sort on our claims is not allowed. I think I’ve made that clear enough so anything else you post about digging on our claims is being silly and trying to poke the bear.

I’m not going to keep repeating myself lol. You can continue your poking but we won’t respond to it.

Get out and get yourself some other claims. It ain’t easy to do.

I'm not sure you can do that legally Chuck. If you have 11 or more claims, you no longer qualify as a small miner. I don't think some can be under the waiver and some not.

My brother and I are separate.

Understood, and as long as neither of you hold more than 10 claims, then no problem. But once either of you reach 11 claims, and some are association claims, it will disqualify ALL claims.

Damnit everytime I see BLM I get it confused with Black Lives Matter. As far as quit claims go, I wouldn’t trust them, far too many people have been swindled on purchasing properties that were deemed quit claim. Look it up on YouTube, there’s a whole news series on a woman buying quit claim deed properties, and demo’ing some of them, selling some of them, or down right trying to boot the real owners out of their property. A quit claim was done on one piece of property when the gentleman’s mother passed away, they did a quit claim instead of a living trust, and whenever she passed away before the assessor could file it under the sons name, the woman had already purchased it illegally, and tried selling it out from under the guys feet. He kept wondering why folks were showing up to his house peeping through the windows.

different with mining claims

different with mining claims

Thank god. Anymore seems that all land rights even in cities are up to whoever manages them instead of the actual true owners of the property
