Rain, rain, and more rain

I was telling my detecting buddy that we needed some rain as the ground was getting dry
and hard. Well today it started to rain been raining all day. He came over today and told me
that got what I wanted rain. So we are planning on hitting it early in the morning at a place
where large cents, Indians and wheats is being found. Will post if we find anything nice. Wish us luck.....Matt

had to build a tent over the onions and Shallots before the rain hit.. Every year rains like hell a week before the bulbs are nearly done.. Oh and my DFX was delivered yesterday and waiting for the RAIN TO STOP!

Only a down pour will stop me, detector can't swim. I will zip bag, and duct tape it in normal rain.

Send some of that rain our way. Out here in Eastern Oregon we are in a deep drought and it is 105 degrees outside. To top that off, the no-see-um gnats up in the gold country are swarming in clouds. So we are sitting it out and reading the Treasurenet. Thanks for all the stories.

You can have some, raining here a couple of times a day for 2 weeks now, and they are not just rain showers, they are very heavy downpours

Not too bad here on the Lake.....only 10" in the past two weeks....Lake level has risen 2.5 ft.....and it's still raining out......Gary

It was the wettest June on record EVER here in central Md.

The real problem here isn't the wet ground. It's the mosquitoes.

One of them punched me yesterday morning, and stole my finds pouch. Had to wrestle it back from him, or I'd have lost 4 bucks in clad and a silver necklace)
