Rainbow on I80

I saw this on Interstate 80 going east around Mill City Nevada this last week. The rain in this desert land also produces a pleasant smell from the blossoming sage brush.

I see a faint rainbow above the first one. A double rainbow = 2 pots of gold !!

I didn't see the outer one with the naked eye. Only in the photo was it visible.
