Rainy day Garage Sale finds

All the garage sales listed in the paper were canceled . I came upon an unadvertised GS and found a few good items -

1958 CAT IN THE HAT 1ST ED - 25 cents
FOSTER BROS. MEAT CARVING FORK 50 cents
SOLIGEN CHEF KNIFE - GERMANY - $1.00

I think the knife was the best find of my day .

My day was kind of the same. I bought a heavy rake for my yard because my old one is long overdue for a decent burial. Then I bought a Peyton Manning Jersey and a bag of Smurf figurines, that was it. No rain, I just wasn't in too much of a mood to go too many places and sales were a little slow because of Mother's Day weekend I guess.
