Rainy day lanceolate. Maybe a cobbs?

Been getting pretty good rain here. Went back to a old place and plucked this one. I think its a cobbs, but not sure?

Im not from your area but I think its just a nice archaic knife looks like it has some shallow notches

I think you are right rock. I was thinking a cobbs because of its overall shape. Now that you mention it I think this piece seems a little thick. I appreciate the help man.

This is the only Cobbs blade I have ever found but it might still be something else they made quite a few different types.

Shows paleo flaking doesnt it. Could be a Stanfield for all I know.

I would say yeah.Nothing random about the flaking on that piece.
