Just over a month ago, I stopped at a convenient store in my small town, to make a purchase. when I got back to the car I looked at the change that had been handed.......3 Wheaties!!!!!!!!

Today I went to another store and when I got back to the car a 1943 quarter!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a Merc and a Buff in change before. Wheats too, including a '43 steelie. Great on that quarter!

you should go back and ask to buy any loose coins/rolls of coins that they can sell you, or bring in like $20 dimes, $20 quarters, $20 nickels, and $3 cents and ask if they would be willing to swap out all the change they have for your change...nice scores none the less! keep it up and hh!

Getting strange looks from the clerks when I get change and just stand there looking at it and turning the silver stuff on end, LOL. This has gotten to be a real kick. I work at a hobby shop and when I work at the registers the managers have gotten used to me surfing all the change. They are even helping find coins for me. One of them came up with a 1917 and two silver quarters for me. I'll take all the help I can get.

Well i guess i was just meant to find silver last night. So i went to the bank to pick up my 3 box's of dimes and they had forgoten to order my boxes. >:(

i was very unhappy about that because i confirmed with them that they would order me some. But to relieve my frustrations i decided to go and play pool at the local bowling alley. just had 2 dollars and needed change so i put my 2 bucks in the quarter machine and what do you know a 1963 silver quarter come popping out into my hand.
