I am pretty sure it is a button from Bib Overalls or work pants. There have been several found and looks like early part of 20th century. I think Panama on there in reference to Panama Canal finishing up in 1914.

Some call them work clothes buttons.... came in a variety of maker names. Don't think they are rare, the ones I have dug are always toasted...
