Rare Carbon County Forest Fire

Blue Mountain :Say's Slatington looks more like Palmerton to me. I'm not real Familiar with Carbon County
most of the area where the line of forestry vehicles on the west end are,
I believe looks like a Dog with Mange . Open areas of Stone and a Few Pines.
must be doing hot spots
west side looks like it was going good

Couple of Helicopters Dropped some Buckets of water on it . Sort of like pouring a Shot Glass of water on a Camp Fire

gives forestry something to do

Saturday November 2nd at 1:30PM a call went out for a fire on the mountain side at the Appalachian Trailhead Rt. 248 on the Blue Mountain.
