Went back to my favorite park in S.F. and scored 3 silver dimes. The mercury dime was hit by a lawnmower, so about 2/3 of it is left, its a 1943-S. Glad it is not a 1921! The two rosies are 1958-D, and a 1964-D. The token is from the 1954 Motorama. This was an event where G.M. showed off their new car models. This is the 3rd one I've dug out of S.F. parks. Also got a sterling ring.

nice silver.
i admit that i thought i was going to be looking at something completely different, though,
when i read your headline...

I also thought I was going to look at something else. Sorry, can't welcome you to the lawnmower coin club as I believe this one was cut to be 7 1/2 cents. I found one similar that was 6.288 cents. I hate fractional silver!! A lawnmower coin would not be nearly as neatly cut, and often lists to port. So get back out there and find a real lawnmower coin!!!! Nice bit of silver profit, in the dime and ring though. May silver rise through the roof again.

Not too shabby, and from a park no less!! The parks here in my state have nothing but clad in them.
