It's not so much the rayon as it is the age. But, the fact that it IS rayon doesn't hurt. Anything from that era - bowling shirts, service station apparel, Hawaiian themes, etc. - go for BIG money.

Shouldn't be that surprising. Everything old eventually becomes new again. If you dug up an antique pair of Levi's from, say, the gold rush era, they might fetch as much as $30,000 to $40,000.

I'll stick to coins and relics though. Only Magnum P.I. looks good in Hawaiian prints :laughing7:

I think I could pull of wearing those. :laughing7: But certainly not when I'm detecting, that attire is already taken care of.

I wish I had a bunch of those shirts TO SELL!
