dang that's a lot of lost keys

Daaang man, congrats on being alive long enough to dig all those lol

That's one heck of a lot of keys. Don't know what to do with them, though.

My collection is just a hand-full of keys, YOUR heap is awesome!

Thats about 2504.5 more keys than I have found.

Guiness Book of Records? :tongue3:

Holy Smokes! That's impressive e to say the least!

That is an awesome pile of keys. I just scrap mine. Most are brass.

Now start a quest to find where the locks are they go too....

Holy cow, make paper weights in reisen

Wow, that's a lot of keys. Can't imagine keeping count of them all.

Wow! Do you exclusively detect the parking lots of nightclubs?!

Make the worlds largest key ring...

Btw, I’m assuming you created the ring of skeleton keys from individual finds?

They make good wind chimes....its not as easy as it looks to make them though !!

i put all my keys in clear jars or vases uncleaned. no idea how many i have. nice job on the collection.

Most have been found at the beach and curb strips, but, you can find them just about anywhere. For me, it was about 50 a year on average.....that's only 4-5 a month or 1 every 2-3 hunts. It doesn't sound like so many when you break it down like that. :laughing7:

That is a lot of keys I would scrap them most keys are made of brass....

A lot of the keys got grouped onto a chain or ring. Most lately haven't been classified, just tossed into a can. The skeleton keys were all individually found. Some of the others were found together on a ring.
